BYLAW NO, 2304

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Councl| of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 42

SW 1/4, Section 7
Township 40

Plan 25585

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ali purpeses as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2304".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of September, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of September, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 5th day of October, 1987.

Location of Property Affected:
4080 Coast Meridian Road.
