SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit
3427 Raleigh Street

RECOMMENDATION:

That as recommended by the City Engineer in his
memorandum of April 29th, 1987 a Development Variance
Permit be approved to delete the requirements tar
reconstruction of Raleigh Street in front of a proposed
subdivision of 3427 Raleigh into two lots.

BACKGROUND ANDO COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions jissued by the Council at its
meeting of May 4th, 1987 the owners and residents of property
surrounding the subject property have been advised that
Council are considering issuance of this Development Variance
Permit at its meeting of May 25th, 1987. Accordingly, at
this time written or verbal submissions should be considered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not
the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
