6.  Canus will provide The City with proof of liability
insurance with respect to the use of the Canus containers in
a form required by The City and in the amount of not less

than $1,000,000 with The City indicated as a named insured on
the policy.

7. All of the obligations of Canus accruing hereunder
during the tem of this agreement and all of the indemnities.
by Canus hereunder shall survive the termination of this
agreement.

8. Canus agrees that should The City be satisfied with the
results of the Canus container test, it will, upon receipt of
the necessary approvals fran The City, offer within a period

(a) Rental Plans
Canus shall offer to rent, for the monthly sum of
$3.85 plus Provincial Sales Tax, their 90 gallon
Canus container. Canus shall reserve the right to
increase the monthly billing to customers whose

garbage is picked up more frequently than twice a
week.

(b) Purchase Plan

Canus shall offer to sell, for the sum of $125.00
Plus Provincial Sales Tax, their 90 gallon Canus
