1. Ronald Arthur Freeman shal; be the Returning Officer.

2. Nominations will be held at the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. at the time
specified by the Statute; namely, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Monday,
October 27th, 1986.

3. in case a poll is required the same will be held during the time
specified by Statute; namely, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday,
November 15th, 1986; at the following places:
