March 24th, 1986 /55 Mrs. Esther Leitch, 1668 Connaught Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C. expressed opposition to proposed rezoning, loss of view, wild birds would disappear. Mr. Elvin J. Nilson, 1635 Taylor Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. expressed opposition to the proposed rezoning, wants a greenbelt left permanently between industrial and residential. The following people were present at the Zoning Public Hearing and expressed their views on the proposed rezoning: Mr. Wayne Robins, 1638 Connaught Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C opposed to the rezoning, possible devaluing of property values. Ms. Helen Baptiste, 1632 Connaught Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C. Opposed the prcposed rezoning, referred to leaving a greenbelt area. Mr. H.W. Read, 1861 Mercer Place, Port Coquitiam, B.C. opposes the proposed rezoning, would ruin the area. Mr. Taylor Roman, 1662 Connaught Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C. opposes the proposed rezoning, already noisy and doesn't want any further industrial. Ms. Marla Sousa, 1674 Connaught Drive, Fort Coquitlam, B.C. opposed to the proposed rezoning, doesn't like noise. Mr. Dick Gartside, 1626 Connaught Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C. opposed to the proposed rezoning, wants greenbelt. ; _ Mr. Fred Wong, 1611 Taylor Street, Port Coquitiam, B.C. opposed to industrial. Ms. Norah Freethy, 1863 Hutchinson Place, Port Coquitlam, B.C., opposed to industrial, ruins the view. Mr. B. Deol, 1653 Taylor Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. opposed to industrial. Mr. W. Robins, 1638 Connaught Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C. inquired about agricultural rezoning, referred to possibility of agricultural land reserve in area and suggested alternate residential rezoning. Ms. P. Kassa, 1908 Mercer Place, Port Coquitlam, B.C. advised she is opposed to industrial, referred to zone designation.
