The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam will hold a Public Hearing in the Counci!
Chambers, Port.Coquiflam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November 5th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651":

Bylaw No. 2063: to rezone Parcel nat (Reference Plan
308), Biock 22, District Lot 464, Group One, Pian 1317,

Except the North 33 feet, New Westminster District, from
RM-2 to RM-4.

This property is located at 2048 Manning Avenue and
following completion of the rezoning procedures it is
expected that an eight suite apartment building wil! be

‘constructed on the westerly one-third ‘of the property in
‘addition to the apartment building presently on the site.

A copy of: The proposed bylaw and other relevant documents
may be inspected in. the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitiam
Gity Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30
a.m. to 4:30 pem., on regular business days, from the date of

All persons who deem their ‘interest in property affected by
the proposed bylaw shail be afforded an opportunity to be heerd
at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
