RESOLUTION JAN 31 1933

WHEREAS the Council may sell on the terms and conditions
deemed advisable the interest of the Municipality in real
property not required for municipal purposes and which is not
reserved or dedicated;

AND WHEREAS a description of the parcel of land which is
intended ta be sold, being the Land herein defined, and the
lowest price which will be accepted for it in the event the
parcel is offered for sale, has been posted and published in a
newspaper as required by the Municipal Act;

; AND WHEREAS the Land herein defined is not reserved or
dedicated; ‘

NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled RESOLVES AS

FOLLOWS: .

1. To sell those certain portions of Land situate in Port
Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particvularly
known as ALL AND SINGULAR: :

Lot 13 of
Section 5
Block 6 North
“Range 1 East
Plan 22835
N.W.D.

and

Lot "C" of

Blocks 18 and 19 of

Section 5

Block 6 North
“Range 1 East

Plan 19371
Except part subdivided under Plan 22835, N.W.D.
aid except the northerly 900 feet thereof

(all of the foregoing being the "Land")

to Carnoustie Recreation and Development Ltd.
("Carnoustie").

The terms and conditions deemed advisable by Council and
so subject to which the Land is hereby being sold to
Carnoustie are as set out in Schedules "A" and "B" of this

Resolution;
