August 16th, 1982

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber,
Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam,
B.C. on August 16th, 1982 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, G.R.
Laking, E.W. Mabbett, A.K. Muldoon, D.J. Vater, and M.R. Wright in
attendance. | . .

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer B.R.
Kirk, Assistant City Engineer T. Chong, P. Eng., Director of
Community Planning W. Brown, Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and
Recording Secretary D. Vyse.

SPECTAL PRESENTATION:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Master Randy
Koufalis, B.C. Student Film Festival Award Winner and then
presented him with a Civic Recognition Award, a City Pin and a
City Pen.
