Dyck, B.C.L.S., and dated Sune Sth, 9 81 at or for the price or sun of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for that ‘certain parcel of tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof, , ‘ : . 3. Those portions of Road dedicated on Plan 2797 in the Southwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District described in Section 1 hereof are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds, 4.
