2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coyuitlam is hereby authorized
to purchase of and from the Repdetered Owner. thereof ALL AND SINGULAR:
thoge certain parcel s Or tracts of land and premises which may be more
particularly described ag followa:
All those portions of Lot "B", Block 4, Plan 21438 and Block "E",
Plan 5158 of the Southwest Quarter, Section 7, Towship 40,. New

Westminster District: shown as "Road to be dedicated" on a Reference,

Plan prepared by D.J. Dyck, B.C.L.S., and dated Sune Sth, 9 81

at or for the price or sun of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for

that ‘certain parcel of tract of land described in the preceding Section

hereof, , ‘ : .
3. Those portions of Road dedicated on Plan 2797 in the Southwest
Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District described in

Section 1 hereof are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all

kinds,

4. The said lands toa be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so
conveyed to the said City, be established as additions to the roads in
the Southwest Quarter, Sect ion 7; Township 40, New Westminster District.
5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Cozporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds,

maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be

necessary fox the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of

the City thereto. ; -

6. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Lynwood Street

Exchange By-law; 1981, No. 1807",
