That as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Committee, Rezoning
Application, R#19-81 to rezone property described as Lot 45 & 46, Block
21, District Lot 464, Plan 2551, N.W.D.; and Lots 32, 33, 34, and
Block 21, District Lot 464, Plan 2363, N.W.D; addressed as 2047 -
Suffolk Avenue, from RM-2 to RM-4; proceed to a Public Information
Meeting.
Alderman Traboulay enquired concerning the requirement for a Public
Information Meeting and the Planning Consultant advised the proposed
rezoning affects the type of development Proposal for the entire area.
Alderman Traboulay expressed congratulations to the Planning Consultant
for the work he has been doing for the Planning and Zoning Committee.

That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, June 18th, 1981
the requirements set by the Approving Officer for dedication of Lynwood
Avenue be upheld and that the Developer be required to construct the
portion of Lynwood Avenue which is adjacent to his subdivision.

a new crossing be constructed over the Cedar Ditch at Victoria Drive;
AND THAT the existing crossing at Huber Drive be removed so that
