A Special Meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C., on April 6th,

1977, at 4:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen G.R. Laking, P.F. Ranger,

f } M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.C. Borch, P. Eng., Planning

Officer Lanson Lee, Recreation Director Janna Taylor, City Treasurer

allowance, the City has obtained a Crow Grant to the property, and that

following the posting of the required Notice advertising the property

the Public at 12:00 noon, March 16th, 1977, being the closing time for

receipt thereof.

That Parcel "J" (By-law Plan 51401) of the South-west Quarter of
Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2289, New Westminster District be sold to
Humford Developments Ltd. and Keyland Developments Ltd., 3785 Myrtle
Street, Burnaby B.C., at or for the price or sum of $41,256.00;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the necessary Deed or other documents therefor and affix the

Corporate Seal thereto. Carried,
