Re: "Land Use Contract No. 15 Authorization
By-law, 1975, No. 1409"

Following the holding of the Zoning Public Hearing on the above~-
noted By-law last week the same is now available for third reading and we
would suggest that third reading be given by passage of the following
resolution:

"That the necessary amendments be made to By-law No. 1409 and

its Schedule, Land Use Contract No. 15, in order to give effect to the

form of By-law and Land Use Contract presented to the Council this evening;

AND THAT the said By~law No. 1409, as amended, be read a third

The provisions of Section 25 of the Land Use Contract concerning
the closure of Marshall Avenue are drawn to the particular attention of the
Council and we have included this section at the request of Alderman Laking
following the discussion on possible closure of this section of Marshall

Avenue that took place at the Zoning Public Hearing last week.
