it would now be in order for the property to be sold to Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Coult.
This may be accomplished through the passage of the following resolution:

"That Parcel 1 (By-law Plan 46578) of Block 14, District Lot 232, Group One,
Plan 1932, New Westminster District be sold to Arthur L. Coult and Kathleen
G. Coult, 1440 Pitt River Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at or for the sum of
Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00);

SUBJECT TO the consolidation of the said Parcel 1 with Lot A, Block 13, District
Lot 232, Group One, Phan 5117, New Westminster District; oo

AND SUBJECT to the provision of a Right-Of-Way in favour of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam for drainage purposes over a strip along the southerly
boundary of the said Parcel 1, the width of such strip to be determined by the
-City Engineer;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the
necessary documents therefor on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate
Seal thereto,"
