Re: January 8th, 1975 Regional Board Meeting.

Mr. Allan Kelly was voted in as Chairman and Mayor Muni Evers as Deputy
Chairman. There was quite a lot of discussion on the setting up of Committees
and the desirability of having fewer and smaller Committees. There will be a
study on this and recommendations should be submitted within a month.

I was, pleased that I was appointed to the Housing and Planning Committees

as I’ believ these are the two that are the most important. to Port Coquitlam.

Dr. Boyce gave us an outline of his report on immediate care and his

| report was accepted. I do believe that in the next few years our care

situation is going to be improved.
