BY-LAW NO. 1333

A By~law to re-open to traffic a portion of Hastings Street in
District Lot 4, Township’ 39, New Westminster District shown dedicated on
Registered Plan 39464 and Plan 36881 in the City of Port Coquitlam.

_ WHEREAS pursuant to the "Hastings Street District Lot 4, Township
39 Road Closure By-law, 1972, No. 1185" a certain portion of Hastings
Street in District Lot 4, Township 39, New Westminster District shown
dedicated on Registered Plan 39464 and Plan 36881 in the City of Port

Coquitlam were stopped up and closed to traffic;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam now deems it desirable and expedient that that certain
portion of Hastings Street aforesaid should be opened to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE «he Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, ‘in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. By~law No. 1185 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, cited
as the "Hastings Street District Lot 4, Township 39 Road Closure By-law, 1972,
No. 1185" is repealed.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Hastings Street

District Let 4, Township 39 Road Opening By-law, 1974, No. 1333".
