8. Section 4 of Schedule "D" of tha By-law is amended by Striking out the

School zone with a tweoty mile per hour speed limit eutablished therein on Mary

3. Section 4 of Schedule "D" is further amended by inserting the following

locations of School zones with a twenty mile per hour speed limit in their

awned or operated by a petson who has entered into an agreement

with The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam to pay a fee of

$7.50 per month to park such a vehicle adjacent to the said property
