Harrison, leasee of Home Service Station, located at Prairie Avenue and Coast Meridinn Road, appeared in court on Feb.35/?2 and was fined $100.00 for polluting the City sewer and ditch with used oil, from the service station. He also had to pay for the cleaning out of the ditch, which cost $27.54. The cleaning Was done by the City crew. Mr. B. Merz, of St. Thomas Street, was fined $25.00 for allowing his dog to run at large; dog was chasing curs on street. . Kr. Sewehuck, of 2271 Kelly.
