(3) USABLE OPEN SPACE:

A minimum of 40 percent of each lot, excluding any cortion of the lot
used for parking and vehicular circulation, shall be usable open Spaces

(4) LOT COVERAGE:

(a) Maximum lot coverage on lots lass than 1,700 mé (18,299.24 sq.
ft.) Im area shall be 55 percent.

Maximum jot coverage on lots having an area 1,700 m2 (18,299.24

(5) FRONT YARD:

yard is required in accordance with the following table:
