That the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw amending
the Official Community Plan revising designation of the

Southerly 73.152 meters extending 38.1 metres east from Ulster ;
from Institutional to Phase 1 Apartment,

COMMENTS:

This application is to redesignate the south - wes+ corner of
George Pearkes school from Institutional to Pnase | Apartment
to facilitate its saie by the Schoo! Board,

Approval of this redesignation is recommended as it will remove
a problem area on the school property. ;
