That the contract for construction of the Works Yard/Fire Hall project be let to Swagger
Construction Ltd. at the tendered price of $6,738,000.00

That Mr. Douglas Sinclair of Grant and Sinclair Architects Ltd. provide the City with
further information on the top four bidders of the Works Yard/Fire Hall Project.

From the City Engineer, December 24th, 1993 regarding a request for a sidewalk on
Victoria Drive west of Wedgewood.
Moved by Councillor Keryluk:
Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That Council approve the installation of a shale sidewalk and extruded asphalt curb for a

distance of approximately 100 metres on the south side of Victoria Avenue just west of
Wedgewood at an estimated cost of $1550.00

And that $1,550.00 be allocated from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve for this
purpose.
