Dear Dr. Jaohnecns

Please be informed of the fallawing accident that
mcechrred on your property early Saturday marning, February
1S, 1992. My daughter and her friend were leaving the
naghtclib parking lot acress the lane fram your Ppraperty.
They were abeut tio Ppraceed narth alang the back lane to
Elgin. At that mament a car sped out of the parking lat
Praceeding sauth towards McAllister. My dauahter had to
take evasive action toa avmid Making cantact with this car
and hit the cement abutment which is apparently an your
Property. The passenger in my datighter’s car received a
head injury when she contacted the windshield of the car and
my daughter’s car was extensively damaged in the under
carriage aleng with a shattered windshield.

I walked myself through t!@ accident scene an Sunday
night and have made the following recommendations tom the
City Asst. Engineer, Mr. Kip Gaudrys

Priaper lighting be installed in the lanes

Lane to be a one Way streets

This curb on your Property either be remaved ar
tapered.

It would appear from the candition maf the curb that my
daughter’s accident has not been the first at this lacatian.
and I look ferward to seeing this matter resolved before
there is any other accidents even Mare sSericgus than the
Wnfertiunate accident Saturday marning.
