A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

Firstly Parcel "A" (Reference Plan 13490) of Lot 1, and
Secondly Lot 2 (Except North 90 feet)
both of Section 6, Block 6, North Range 1 East

New Westminster District

Plan 8560

are hereby rezoned from A-l (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2580".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 8th day of April, 1991.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 8th day of April, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 29th day of April, 1991.
