Port Coquitlam requesting a resolution from City Council authorizing a
Beer and Wine Store at the Meridian Arms.

That the request contained in the October 12th, 1988 letter from
the Meridian Arms concerning the establishment of a Beer and Wine Store

be approved.

regarding Rezoning Application No. 63/88 for 720 Lougheed Highway.

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Parts of Lots 3, 4, 5; 9, 10, 11, 12 lying south of Dewdney
Trunk Road and all of Lot 6, all of Bleck 10, and Lot 4 of Block 13, all
of N.W.L.D. Plan 2416 and Parcel A of Lots 1-3, 15-18 of Blocks 13, 7, 8
and 10 N.W. LS. Plan 33093 all of Section 17 BONRIE from A~1 Agriculture

to C-3 Commercial.

And that Final approval of the rezoning bylaw be granted subject
to the applicant entering into a restrictive covenant obliging them to
connect to municipal utility services as soon as they are available.
