outstanding include; engineering work for utility servicing and

roads, !andscape design for park sites and negotiations for
costs.

The outstanding activities are normally undertaken following
public hearing. Que to the size of this project, work on
engineering requirements are now underway and work on design of
park sites are being carried out oy the developer's
consultants.

Approval being requsted of City Council is to proceed to a
public hearing and third eading of the enabling bylaws for .
this project. It is recommended, that City Council follow its

normal practice of withholding final approval until all
development requirements are met.
