Moved by Alderman Laking: _ Seconded by Alderman Gates: WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1, 1986, No. 2192" received first reading on August 11th, 1986; AND WHEREAS the Council] has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the Official Communtty Plan tn conjunction with the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; AND WHEREAS the Council has, stnce that date, considered the Proposed amendment to the Official Community Plan tn conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Devel opment Strategy"; AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; NOW THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED: THAT no Inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Of„Tclal Community Plan Proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2192 and the City's most recent CapItat Expenditure Program; THAT no Inconsisteucy can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Official gommuni ty Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2192 and @ Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial
