The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

A Byiaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is
more particularly Jescribed as:

Group One

Plan 26362

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to P=2 (Special
Institutional) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to refiect this rezoning. .

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2161".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of January, 1986.
Read 2 second time by the Municipal Counci| this 27th day of January, 1986.

Public Hearing held this 17th day of February, 1986.
