Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam of approximately 0.5030
hectares of property {fn return for 0.5002 hectares of property being
transferred to the ownership of The Corporation of the City of Fort

Coquitiam from Canadian Forest Products Limited and included within the
Subdivision Plan aforesaid be similarly approved;

Forest Products Limited and the Ownership of Lot 28 vesting tn The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam;

_ THAT the agreement between The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam and Canadian Forest Products Limited wherein the City agrees
to grant a Statutory Right of Way to Canadian Forest Products Limited at
some time in the future over the Lot 28 created by the Subdivision Plan
aforesaid be approved; |

THAT the letter addressed to Canadian Forest Products Limited from
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam wherein the City grants. to
that company permission to use for the storage of that company's logs
the area of the Pitt River located in front of a portion of Lot 28 be
approved; . .

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary documents for the Purposes aforesaid and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto."

THAT the resolution passed by this Councfi on May 14th, 1984
