DRAFT RESOLUTION MAR 12 1984

That the Agreement between this City and Shaughnessy Motors
Ltd., 2789 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. relating to
a "Petrocan" identification sign that encroaches onto
Shaughnessy Street from Lot "A", District Lot 379 and 464,
Group One, Plan 27976, New Westminster District, being 2789
Shaughnessy Street, being in the form of Agreement provided by
the "Highway Encroachment Bylaw, 1983, No. 1997" be and the

‘same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the said Agreement on behalf of the City and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
