I do not expect our engineering department to come up with firm

recommendations as a result of this report. However, I do expect to see a
firm recommendation s items as the Power Factor and
Overall heating and air conditioning

I would move that Council approve adequate funds to set some of
ant: energy conservation items into motion this year, so that

priority can be given to the portions of the report of March 15th, 1983 and
we can get on with the job of energy conservation.
