That Council approve the following three priority projects to

he done out of the $180,000 of unallocated funds in the Water

Utility Capital Budget:

1. Upgrading of the 100 mm watermain on Victoria Drive to 200
mn at an estimated cost of $60,000;

Installation of a 150 mm diameter pressure reducing valve
at the Lions Park PRV Chamber at an estimated cost of

$8.000;

Installation of automatic controls and pressure
transmission equipment at Penny Place puinp station at an
estimated cost of $11,000.

2. That they be charged a rental fee for half the ice time
used during the tournament;

That the Mabbett Roam for this period be free of charge;

tournament.
