Westminster District completed by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. on
April 29th, 1982 and wherein Lot 124 is created be and the same is

hereby approved;
AND_ THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the said plan on behalf of the City and to affix the corporate

seal thereto.
