March 22, 1982 Dear Mr. Trabouly: ; When I voted for you I thought things where going to get better, instead we get hit right between our eyes, To put a "No Left Turn" sign on Mary Hill Road for Lob Ave without an¥i warning or notification in the paper is a disgrace, I have lived on Mary Hill for 17 years, surely you could be a little more concerned about the people that live up here, To have half the police force waiting on Lob Ave so they can give people tickets is an injustice. Is that what you call being concerned and fair? I would not think of making a complaint if I felt that &@ ticket was warrented. In a situation such as this one however I think that a mass distribution of tickets is extremely unfair, especially when yeu take into account that the public was not notified first. Sincerely eacleacil Hildsgard Sinclaire
