Copies of the above noted three by-laws are attached and are available for first
two readings. As Tiow required by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs we will: be
advertising the rate increases that will be brought into effect by the. above
.noted amendment by-laws and will be Presenting the by-laws to the Council for third
reading at:the meeting of October 26th, 1981.

Reproduced on the reverse side of this memorandum is a schedule showing ‘the annual
Single family water and Sewer rates for the past ten years and we trust this will
be of interest. ,
