WHEREAS by By-law No. 1771 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited as the "Township 40 Road Closure By-law, 1980, No. 1771" a certain portion of Road therein deseribed located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE BE JT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clty Clerk of The Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment ef the sald portion of Road described in By-law No, 1771 and the vesting of the title of the land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, Carried.
