The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 30th,
1977, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to authorize
“issuance of a Land Use Contract:

By-law No. 1542: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use

Contract with Dawson Construction Ltd., 735 Clark Drive,

Vancouver, B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in

Land Use Contract No. 23, being a Schedule annexed to and

made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No.

23 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and

use of lands described as:

Lot 3 of Parcel "A" and of Part of Parcel "B" of
Sections 17, 18, and 19, Block 6 North, Range One
East, Plan 8850, New Westminster District

The above~noted property is located at 1156 Kingsway Avenue

and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 23 will permit

the subdivision of the property into two separate parcel: of

land, one containing approximately 3.787 acres and the other

‘containing approximately 6.733 acres, notwithstanding the

provisions of the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land

By-law, 1970, No. 992".

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of
the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ~ on working days -- from May 19th to May
30th, 1977.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
