COLLECTION OF REFUSE MATERIALS

a. The Nunicipal Council is hereby authorized to estab-
+ lish and maintain, operate and extend or cause te be Provided, .

moval service within and for the benefit of the owners and ‘

STANDARD OF SERVICE

5, The standard of the service which shall be provided
by the Municipality pursuant to this by-law shall be the col-
lection and removal once cach week of cach ensuing ycar, fron
each of the premises within the Municipality, of the refuse
materials generated thereon tO a volume which shall not exccoed
seven and one-half (7k) cubic feet or three (3) receztacles,

as hereinbefore defined, in any one week, end all provisions of

this by-law shall apply thereto.
