Members of the Boare feel that a reply to this request should be received
from the Department before a decision on further action by the Board and
Council is taken. it is the hope of the Board that the Department will reply
favourably to the Board's request in the next few days, and if so, it will
not be necessary for. joint revresentation to be made, and plans for the
school can get underway so that construction can be proceeded with and the
school available for opening in September, 1974.
