Junior | girls out While Skeena’s: boys walked off with their side’s title at the John McInnis Junior High School volleyball tournament on Oct. 28 weekend at Prince George, Skeena and Thornhill's girls failed to get past pre- liminary round-robin action. In their five-team section, Thornhill lost all four games to College Heights, D.P. Todd, Quesnel and Dawson Creek. Skeena managed a two-and- two mark to place third in their round-robin pool, but only the top two in each section moved on to championship play. Skeena beat Williams Lake and host John MclInnis, but lost to Fort St. John and Duchess Park. Skeena’s: Marsha Postuk was. -named to the all-star‘team.
