valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency acknowledged, the Covenantor covenants and acrees @ Building Construction 1. The Land shall be used only for residential purposes, in accordance with the City’s Zoning Bylaw 1887, No. 2240 (the “Bylaw") . Withholding of Building Permit 2. The City may withhold a building permit for any building proposed to be built on the Land unless the plans for the building are in compliance with this Covenant. Use of the Land 3. (a) The principal building or the Land shall only contain one dwelling uniz as defined in the Bylaw for one-family residential use purposes and shall not include a4 secondary suite or auxiliary dwelling unit.
