A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" MAY 17 1993

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

a) Lot C b) Lot A
District Lot 232 District Lot 232
Group One Group One
Plan 22337 Plan LMP 7231
All in New Westminisier District
are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Smali Lot Residential) and

the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended
to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2779".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of April, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of April, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 10th day of May, i993.

Location of Land to be Rezoned: - see accompanying map.
1226 and 1230 Pitt River Road.

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the creation of 3 single farnily lots.
