FINAL READING
BYLAW 2610

WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 26, 1991, No. 2610"
received first two readings on July 22nd, 1991;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the. Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most
recent Capital Expenditure Progran;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy";

AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a
Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2610 was read a

third time on August 26th, 1991;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT ne inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2610 and
City’s most recent Capital Expenditure Program;

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2610 and
Economic Strategy Plan” that was presented to Council at its meeting of

13th, 1985;
THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2610 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
