Me te March 2, 1992/054 WHEREAS The Coquitlam Area Fine Arts Council works to promote cultural opportunities that fulfill the needs of the community; WHEREAS The Arts Council acts as a resource and advocacy vehicle for the arts in the community; WHEREAS The Arts Council is representing ARTS ALIVE!, an event that runs throughout the month of March featuring many talented groups and individuals in many venues; | AND WHEREAS The citizens of Port Coquitlam are good supporters of the arts that enrich their community, NOW THEREFORE I, Leonard M. Traboulay, Mayor of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam DO HEREBY PROCLAIM the month of March, 1992, as “ARTS AWARENESS MONTH” in the City of Port Coquitlam. Fabic of 1943 Manning Avenue be given leave to address Council reqarding his Development Variance request to the Planning and Development Committee. . Carried. His Worship Mayor LL.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Fabic of 1943 Manning Avenue who addressed Council regarding discussions with the Planning and Developnent Committee for relaxation of requirements so he may build a duplex within less than the required 180 m to any other two-family residential use fronting on the same side of the street as the Planning and Development Committee indicated that they would not support the application.
