each park type at each level of service.

A set of location criteria for placement of parks in the
community.

A set of siting criteria for the location of parks.

A set of qualitative standards for each park type (i.e.
character),
Recommendations on how implementing the standards and
Suidelines will impact parks over the next 5-10 years.

Review park D.C.C. charges and make recommendation.

That specific recommendations re arding active and passive areas
be Geveloped for the parksites in the Riverwood Development. A
costing of installation of facilities also be included with the
recommendations.

To specifically address the issue of the need for:
a) — skateboard bowl

b) BMX track

c) lawn bowling facility

B. Recreation Program Direction and Recreation Facilities.

1. To measure and priorize resident demand for specific future
recreational and cultural facilities and to make recommendations for
the construction of new facilities or for renovating or upgrading
current facilities.

2. Identify areas of program responsibility and possible "actions" (i.e.
skill development, leadership development, event pianning etc.)

3. Conduct special interest group and general public sessions to
determine needs of community.

4. To include a section of the master plan with all information necessary
to make decisions about the following:
