THAT City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw rezoning
Lot 3, Section 6, Township 40 NWLD Plan 11,944 from RS-1 to RM-4.

AND THAT final approval of the rezoning bylaw be subject to registration
of a covenant limiting the development to 64 suites per hectare (26 suites
per acre).

1. That we purchase the Melroe Model Articulated Loader Backhoe at a
cost of $55,000 from Bobcat Country Sales Inc.

That the money for this equipment be taken from the equipment reserve.
