May ilth) 1989, I have reviewed the submission and have no objections to
the évent.

As previously discussed, I have forwarded your request to the Ministry's
Regional Office's in Kamloops and Nanaimo, as well as District Office's
in Chilliwach and North Vancouver. I would expect the appropriate
Ministry personnel will contact you in the near future.

The provisions of this agreement are listed in Schedule ‘A’. Please read
and sign the enclosed agreement and return one original, and proof of
insurance to this office prior to the event.
