A Bylaw to designate the Port Coquitiam
City Hall as a Municipal Heritage Site, °

WHEREAS under the provisions of the Heritage Conservation Act, being Chapter 165
of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, a Municipal Counc! may, by
bylaw, designate a buliding, structure or land, In whole or In part, as a

“Municipal heritage site;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Counc!!! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam deems it desirous to destgnate the structure known as the "Port

Coquitiam Clty Hall" 4s such a heritage site;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counc! ! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam enacts as follows: ,

The structure known as the Port Coquitiam City Hall situated on the parcel of
real property hereinafter described:

Lots 35 and 36 of Block 2 of Lot 379, Group One, Pian 1213, New Westminster
Olstrict;

is hereby designated as a municipal heritage site.

This Bylaw may be elted for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam City Hall
