A special meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Por+ Coquitiam was held in the Counci} Chamber, Port
Coquitiam City Halt on Monday, September 17th, 1984 at 4:30 Pem.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R, Laking, W.W. Stewart and MeR. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, Director of Commun ity Planning WA. Brown, and Personne!
Director V. van Meel.
