Re: Strata Title Subdivision
2240 Atkins Avenue, Port Coquitlam

In support of our application for approval by the City
of the subdivision of the captioned rental apartment building
pursuant to the Condominium Act, we hereby confirm our agreement
and undertaking as owners of the building to continue to operate
the building as a residential rental apartment at least until the

expiry in 1987 of our agreement with Canada Mortgage and Housing
Corporation under the Assisted Rental Program. Until that time,
we agree that all suites in the building will remain as rental
units and will not be offered for sale to owner-occupants.
