. BUSINESS LICENCE APPLICATION

On January 21se, 1977, the undersigned received a completed appli-
cation from PETER THEODOROPOULOS of 1121/2232 McAllister Avenue requesting
that THEOS ENTERPRISES LTD. of 2232 McAllister Avenue be given permission

to operate a "CABARET" at the said address. It may be pointed out that the

property is zoned C-3 and that the premises are in compliance with all City

By-laws and regulations. On February 12/77 a Business Licence was issued for

the opening night, which he had a Liquor Permit issued by the Liquor Control

_Board. He was advised that same would be placed before a regular Council
