We enclose herewith a photostat of a letter dated Narch 14th, 1975
that was sent to yourself and Peter Erikson at 1120 Milford Avenue, Coquitlan,
B.C. the address recorded on our Assessment and Tax Rolls. We have been attempting
‘to contact Hr. Erikson by telephone and have been unable to do so and we therefore
thought we should advise you directly of the sendfag of this letter.

. : You will doubtlesaly note that the demolition of the structure now
existing at 1510 Pitt River Road will be considered by the Municipal Council

of The Corporation of fhe City of Port Coquitlam at its regular menting to

be held on Monday, April 7th, 1975 and that you or your authorized representative
will have the opportunity to adiress the Couneil at thet time. -
